The price is totally worth it, Coach does not waste your time, he tells you what you need to hear, and made the lesson competitive and interesting. He also has the skills to back up the talk. I have to put the practice in now but he fixed my slice in 30 seconds.

I was fortunate enough to get a session with coach Franz and son this week and walked away with a great experience. I found them knowledgeable, thorough, passionate, and they made the complex easy to understand. In one session I was able to understand how getting my kinematic sequence right will translate into more power and efficiency in my golf swing. I will definitely be going back.

Coach Franz is the man! Him and his son has been tremendously helpful in developing my game. I can honestly say that his lessons sets the bar high as to what I expect in a golf lesson in the future. He takes the time to analyze my swing and makes tailored recommendations and drill implementation to get more consistent. My journey with Coach Franz at Golf and Performance started recently, as I suffer from inconsistency with my irons and wanted to improve on this part of my game. He asked me what my goals were and what are my common misses, shot shape, brand, model, and shaft in my irons were. Two videos were submitted and his analysis was detailed but easy to understand. A couple of drills have been recommended by Coach Franz with video demonstrations. I anticipate a solid relationship and getting my scores consistently below 80.

My daughter played a good game in high school, but over the last decade of university and getting into the work-life, had let her game drift. Her practice sessions early this year were frustrating for her. We met coach Franz at one of his teaching sites in early June and had a good chat. After checking him out she decided to put some money into a lesson package with him. After 3 lessons she is showing signs of recovering and hopefully improving on her previous ability and her confidence has improved each time she has practiced or played the last couple of weeks. IMO, the most important part of any coaching plan that you get with a coach is to do your homework. He does not wave a magical wand and turn you into Tiger or Jack but he gives you the correct platform to allow you to practice efficiently and effectively. Don't be a "range rat" and hit 400 balls a day but practice in a way that best helps you develop your game with the time you have. He is a great coach but an even better person. I have also had a chance to meet his son Darien who is a very talented junior golfer with a very bright future ahead. He is a bright kid who has the right attitude and it shows. If you want to commit yourself to become a better player then get a lesson plan with Coach Franz. He will do his part but keep in mind you have to pull your weight too.

I’ve just started to take some lessons from Coach Franz, though we had met several years ago through a simulator league he was running. I’ve had a number of coaches over the years, and I was looking for someone who could help me with my game that takes a more systematic, rigorous approach than is typical in the golf instruction industry. I am very happy with my lessons so far: careful, customized assessment and training, complete with a written follow-up, statistics from the launch monitor, and video of me making progress. Given I’m a “numbers guy”, I appreciate the attention to the data gathered and his expertise in its interpretation. Coach Franz made an adjustment to my swing in 2019 that saw me picking up 10 to 15 yards with my driver. Yesterday he tweaked 3 things and my regular clubhead speed of 98 mph went to 101 mph, then 104 mph, and then repeatedly at 108 mph! The goal is 115 mph. I have regained a lot of confidence and made really great strides with my driving.

I enjoyed Coach Franz, his personal approach, and his knowledge of the game. I came away from our session with 2-3 good takeaways. Well worth the drive from Burlington!
